Universe, Amaze MeBooking and payment
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session or workshop place. For one-on-one sessions, the balance is paid at the time of your session. For workshops and training, the balance is due one week before the workshop. Prices are in Australian dollars, and the same whether we work remotely or in person in Sydney.
Changing your time
Life happens. You're always welcome to reschedule. Just let me know and we'll find a new time.
Cancellations
If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, I'll refund your deposit in full. With less than 48 hours' notice, or if you miss your session, the deposit isn't refundable, but you can still reschedule.
Workshops and training
A 20% deposit is required when you book your place or your group's workshop. Travel and accommodation costs are agreed before you commit. If a group workshop is cancelled or postponed, your deposit can go towards new dates. Any travel and accommodation already booked must still be paid for.
Gift vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, as Australian law requires. The expiry date is printed on every voucher. They can't be exchanged for cash, but they can be used towards any session of equal or higher value. Lost vouchers can be reissued, since I keep a record of every code.
Age
Sessions and workshops are for people aged 16 and over.
Your wellbeing
Energy healing works alongside medical and psychological care, never instead of it. Please keep seeing your doctor or health professional for anything health related, and keep taking any prescribed treatment.
